Narrative mediation
Using the Narrative Model in Mediation as a reference for practice, I offer mediation services adapted to the specific needs of individuals and organizations.
My background
Crisis Management, Intercultural Mediation, Organizational Transformation
I worked on a helicopter accident site with the police and was later trained by the Swiss police academy for hostage negotiation.
After completing the European Master's in Mediation, I created a mediation service for the Social Action Service for political asylum seekers in Valais, Switzerland. During that period, I developed an expertise in various forms of mediation in an intercultural environment. My thesis highlights my work in the field, describing case studies and analyzing my practice.
Why choose my services
Fluent in English and French, I use deep listening and radical presence to transform conflicts.
I design interventions for organizations, using Appreciative Inquiry and traditional needs assessment to co-construct transformative processes.
I work to generate both social and individual transformation by opening pathways for conflict resolution within the dialogical space that is co-created.
I adapt my services to your needs by using a large spectrum of transformational approaches designed to address specific situations requiring conflict resolution.
I teach mediation and can also offer tailored mediation presentations for conferences, training sessions, and classes.
I use writing in the form of autoethnography as a tool for relational transformation. Radical amazement and reverence for life guide and inform my practices.
